Who we are

all kind studio is a ceramics studio at SY No. 6/1, Quiet Lands, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the studio. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the studio.

  • Your account. Your name, email address and phone number, and a password (kept only as a scrambled hash by our sign-in provider) or, if you choose Google sign-in, the name and email Google gives us.
  • Bookings and payments. What you booked or bought, the date, the amount and whether it was paid or refunded. If you pay as a guest, the name, email and phone number you give at checkout. Payments are taken by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay and we never see or store them; we receive a confirmation, an order and payment reference and the amount.
  • Receipts. A PDF receipt for each payment, which we email to you and keep privately so you can download it again from your account.
  • Studio use. Your course batch and attendance, studio hours and bookings, and any kiln pieces you submit. If you tell us something we should know, such as an allergy, we note it.
  • Your messages. Anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
  • Technical information. Basic details such as your IP address and browser, which our hosting and security provider processes to deliver the site and keep it safe, plus anonymous visit counts from Cloudflare’s web analytics, which does not use cookies.

Cookies and your browser

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to remember small choices, such as having dismissed a notice. The fonts on our pages are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, so your browser contacts them directly and they can see your IP address.

How we use it

  • To take bookings and payments, and to send confirmations, receipts and reminders.
  • To run classes, studio time and kiln firings, and to contact you about them.
  • To answer your messages.
  • To keep accounting and tax records, and to meet our legal obligations.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of providers to run the site, and they process your information on our behalf:

  • Razorpay — takes payments and handles refunds.
  • Supabase — our database and sign-in service (hosted in Mumbai).
  • Cloudflare — hosts the website, keeps it secure, stores receipts privately and provides anonymous analytics.
  • Resend — sends our emails, such as receipts and booking confirmations.
  • Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) — only if you message us there.

Some of these providers handle data outside India. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and booking records for as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons. Receipts and payment records are kept for the period the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent for any use that depends on it. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can. Some records, such as payment records, we must keep for a legally required period. You can also contact us if you want a particular email to stop.

Children

Our classes and workshops are for ages 16 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from younger children.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and private storage for receipts. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we will tell you directly.
