Studio

A ceramics studio in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Six wheels, hand building tables and our own kilns, taught in small groups by people who've thrown for years — with complete beginners and returning potters working side by side.

The space

The wheel table — six wheels and stools under the plants The long table and green wall, with the studio's mirror and arched doors behind

Wheels, kilns, and a lot of shelf space.

A bright, working room — wet clay on the wheels, work drying on the racks, glaze tests on the wall. It's made to be used rather than tiptoed around, and everything you need to make is already here.

What we're about

We are all kind — to ourselves, to each other, and to the space.

Clay collapses. Things warp. Glazes come out of the kiln looking nothing like the test tile. And week one is usually a generous mix of failures, surprises, and dusty pants. That's the week people come back for.

Because sometimes kindness looks like giving yourself time to play. To show up, make a mess, and give yourself permission to try again.

Teaching happens in small groups, with people who've been making with clay for years. Everyone starts at the same place. Somewhere along the way, you keep coming back, find your own rhythm, and start making things that feel like yours.

Come make something

Start with ten sessions.

No experience needed. Foundations runs at the wheel and in hand building — or take the whole room for a private session with your people.
