About these terms

These terms cover your use of the all kind studio website and booking and payment through it, and your visits to the studio. By using the site, booking or paying, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site; you can always ask us a question first at [email protected].

What we offer

Courses, one-off taster workshops, memberships, day passes, studio time, kiln firing, private sessions and events at our studio in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. What each one includes, when it runs and what it costs is on its page.

Who can book

Our courses and workshops are for ages 16 and over. Please give us accurate details when you sign up or check out, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and, where the site says so, include 18% GST. Online payments are taken by Razorpay, using UPI, cards or netbanking. A booking is confirmed once your payment goes through and we have recorded your place. Places are limited, and a checkout holds your place only for a short time. If we can’t give you the place you paid for, we will tell you and either find you another place or refund you. Courses are confirmed against a batch and start date, and if you reserve a place with a deposit, the amount, when the balance is due and how to pay it are shown when you book.

Cancellations, refunds and make-ups

• Course deposits. Where we offer a deposit to reserve a place, it is refundable if you email us at least one week before the course starts.
• Make-ups. On a course you can miss up to two classes and schedule a make-up, subject to availability.
• Memberships. A membership is valid for six months from purchase, whether or not you use all your hours. Unused hours do not roll over.
• Studio bookings. You can cancel your own studio booking up to 24 hours before it starts. Closer than that, please message us.
• Anything else. If you need to cancel, or think a payment is wrong, email us and we will work it out with you.

Refunds are sent back to the way you paid. Your bank decides how long it then takes to show up.

If we change or cancel something

We may need to change or cancel a class, workshop or event, for example for a holiday, illness or low numbers. We will let you know as soon as we can and arrange a new date with you, or sort out your payment.

In the studio

Clay work involves tools, wheels and kilns. Please follow our team’s instructions, use the equipment the way you are shown, and tell us before you start about any allergy or health condition we should know about. Please look after the space and the tools, and be kind to the people you share it with. We may ask someone to leave if they put others at risk.

Your work and the kiln

The pieces you make are yours. Work in progress stays on your shelf at the studio between sessions. We fire with care, but clay can crack or break in the kiln, and we can’t insure hand-built pieces against that. Firing is charged as described on our kiln page.

Our website

The words, photographs, designs and logo on this site belong to all kind studio or the people who made them. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking us.

Limits on our responsibility

We take reasonable care of you and your belongings, and we are responsible for what the law says we must be. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or damage to belongings or pieces that is not caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. A booking you have already made stays under the terms that applied when you made it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
